Bathroom Project

Before you can see every thing I have in my cuppboard above my toilet. Even the fingerprints.
Now you don't.

I've been wanting to do this for a while. I love hot glue!

Grandpa's Stiches

With all the ice and snow around some one is bound to fall. Sadly it was Grandpa Egbert. He slipped on some ice at work and bumped his head. He said he blacked out and the doctor said he has a concussion. Here is a picture of the six stiches in the back of his head. Luckily he wasn't hurt worse. To every one who is enjoying the white outdoors, please be very careful. Get well soon Papa Egbert.

Bubbles and Ribbon

Adon loves to lay on the ground and look up at the bubbles.
One will pop in his face and make him laugh.

Collin copies everything Adon does and loves bubbles too.

A long ribbon on a stick entertains for hours.

Sometimes little boys just get way tuckered out.
I put Collin in his bed for a nap. When I went to check on him this is how I found him. So cute, precious, and innocent.

What to do with 6-8 inches of snow?

Last Tuesday it snowed pretty good in Amalga. We got between 6-8 inches of wonderful snow. It was perfect for snowmen and snow balls. Here is what the Wilson Family created. A classic snow man with a carrot nose, button mouth, toy rock eyes, can for a hat, and bag clips for a bow tie. This was all after we shoveled our drive way and had a snow ball fight/snow ball baseball/and mini white wash.
Adon really wanted to take a picture with Mom's camera. He is getting to be quite the photographer.

We love playing in the snow with Daddy!

Playing In The Dark

Who is the mystery kid with the cool glowing rings?
Its my little Collin!

Who's the guy with the neon orange stick under his nose?

Its my Adon. It gets dark so early during the winter that sometimes I run out of things for the boys to do. So a couple of weeks ago we went to the dollar store and got a load of things to help us with some activities. I love the new book I got for Christmas by Steve and Ruth Bennett. A few balloons, glow in the dark sticks, dollar flash lights, clear cellophane, rubber bands and you have a week's worth of activities that the boys love.

Collin In the Snow

Collin is so cute in the snow. He will stay out until he is frozen and then longer as long as the sun is up.
He is big into eating snow. I have even caught him with my snow boots picking off the compacted snow on the bottom. Yes, but then he would cry when I took them away.

Long shadows in the snow.

Collin looks like he is making angels in the snow but really he is just taking a break from walking in it.

Mommy and Collin. He is frozen but sad only because its time to go inside. Truly a sad time.
