All Moved In

Here are some picture of the results of our hard work. You can look at previous posts to check out the before pictures. Here are the stairs. Remember how they had no carpet or padding? We also painted the entire inside of the house ...(except the bathroom. It somehow all ready matches).
Current living room. Our new couch (my Christmas present) and Aaron's tv (his Christmas present). We added window treatments.

The piano fits! We also have a little space for a dining table. So wanted that. Its cozy and needs cleaning a lot but all our work has made it home. I'm so glad that the book shelves I made back in high school fit as well. They display some of my books that have been in storage for....years.

We added some much needed cupboard space above the fridge and this little shelf to hold the microwave and toaster oven. Most of my measuring cups and spoons are magnetized to the fridge because there are no drawers.

A folding card table adds a little counter space. We painted and Daryl applied new Formica on the shelves and counter by the sink. I have my little herb garden in the window and a curtain to blow out our lovely street lamp... (also new but not put in by us). There you have it. A little glimpse of the down stairs of the new Wilson Home.

Back in Vernal

Collin on Grandpa's plowing tractor. I love this picture. Once in about a 1,000 pics I get a good one.
Wheel barrow rides from Dad and tractor rides from Grandpa.

Adon and Grandpa going to go feed the cows.

Bowling

We went bowling for some fun. They turned on the black lights for us and the boys thought it was awesome. Here are Adon's and my shoes. Just realized how much they look like the same size. No short jokes please.
Tried to take pictures while the black light was on. I couldn't see them so I tried one with the flash. Got a great picture until I realized where Adon's left hand was. Yes, Collin is a tough kid to have a brother like Adon.

Uncle Ryan helping Adon knock down the pins.

Nana came too. We had a blast. Why we don't do this more often I will never know.

Helping

So, after the three weeks in Vernal, we went back to Logan for Aaron's work. We stayed with my Mom and tried to help her out with a few chores. Here we are bringing up the dry food storage. Collin and Adon were a little reluctant to help so I recruited Ryan to help. Here is Ryan and Collin ....um..."helping" P.s. The can Collin is holding is dried apples. Not very heavy at all.

More pictures of my men catching some Zzz

I can't resist taking a picture of when my boys crash together. I didn't even think they were that tired and then I walked in on this. Precious

Vernalites Once More

We spent three weeks in Vernal getting everything moved. Aaron got a job and we enjoyed having him around. While we were there doing finishing touches on the inside of the house, it snowed. Not much, but enough to do our one and only snow man. I was not home during this time so Aaron and the boys constructed this squatty snow guy.
Apparently the snow was having a hard time sticking to itself. Aaron shoved a crate in the snow and then they packed the snow around the crate. In the back ground you can see our new home. Yes, thats it....yes, its small. We call it home.

New Posts To Come

Thank you all for continuing to check out my blog even though it has been some time since I have posted. We got the Internet today and I will be posting again. For those who are just jumping in, the Wilson family successfully moved back to Vernal. We live in a little house in Naples right next door to Aaron's parents. We have done a lot of work on the house and I will be blogging those pictures. Aaron got a job at Savage Trucking and he is almost done with all his training. The boys seem to really enjoy living in Vernal. We try to have family or friends over often. We have had a little spring fever and have done a bit of yard/garden work while the weather is nice. Aaron got the sprinklers working, we planted some indoor seeds, and on Saturday we helped Grandma and Grandpa Wilson transplant some raspberry plants. There is always work to be done and I love it. I have to stay busy now that I'm not working. In church I have a calling to be the Sunbeam teacher. That means that I help with Collin's class. Aaron was called as a Wolf leader in the Cub scouts. I want to thank all the friends and family who helped us move and made our transition easier. Collin is continuing his speech. Adon is signed up for Tball and that starts in May. That is what is going on here in a nutshell. I'm going to go through my pictures and update you more detailed later. Love you all and wish you are all doing well. We love visitors or phone calls so keep in touch.
