Those who know me, know I love garlic. I've searched for recipes for bottled garlic without all the pickling vinegar/sugar/salt you get the idea. Yet, since I didn't find a good recipe to bottle it in olive oil or the like, I finally succumbed to pickling my garlic this year. Next year, BEWARE I just may do more!Tuesday, November 2, 2010
Pickled garlic
