A Tim Tam Slam is something that Aaron brought back from Australia. Recently we found that we could get Tim Tams locally instead of having them shipped to us. First you get a box of Tim Tam cookies. Yum by themselves but you have to try this. Then, you get a cup of your favorite hot chocolate. You bite two corners off of he cookie (kiddie corner to each other) to make a straw.
By holding the cookie with your lips on one bitten corner; you sip the hot chocolate up through the cookie. 
This action dissolves the inside of the cookie rapidly so as soon as you feel the cookie crumbling in your mouth; flip your head back and try to get the whole cookie in your mouth before it gets every where. 
Then enjoy your mouth full of warm, gooey, chocolate. And wash it down with your favorite cup of hot chocolate. Note: Thanks to Aaron who demonstrates this so well and Kelsey and Jared who let us put them through the Wilson ritual. We love you guys.

Totally found TIM TAM's at Smith's grocery store. My husband Kris was like a Kid at Disneyland. I've never seen him smile so big... and they sure are yummy!!
